The UFA Futsal Program is an integral part of the United Futsal League at MVP Sports, featuring over 180 teams from Des Moines and the surrounding areas every year. This program is designed to provide young athletes with a fun and engaging way to continue developing their skills during the winter season. Futsal offers valuable training in a fast-paced environment, helping players improve their ball control, decision-making, and overall soccer abilities while enjoying the game. The Futsal Program is included for all UFA Players.

Teams participate in the United Futsal League at MVP Sports.

All UFA participants take part in futsal during the winter months.

The program helps players develop their soccer skills in a fun, high-intensity environment.

Over 180 teams from Des Moines and surrounding areas participate annually.

WHY FUTSAL?

Increased Ball Touches:

Futsal increases the number of touches players get on the ball by over 200%. More touches = more skill development.

High Intensity:

Futsal is played in a smaller space with more action and fewer players, pushing participants to think quickly and improve their decision-making under pressure.
