United Futbol Academy was built to develop elite players and compete at the highest levels. But over the years, we kept hearing from families who loved the game and wanted to be part of the UFA community — just without the full competitive commitment.
Families juggling multiple kids, multiple activities, and tight budgets. Players who are newer to the sport and not yet ready for the competitive track. Kids who simply want to play, grow, and enjoy soccer without the pressure of tryouts, travel, and a full-year schedule.
So we built Des Moines Futbol Academy. A recreational program rooted in the same coaching standards and player development philosophy as UFA — at a lower cost, lower commitment, and with competition that stays right here in Des Moines.
DMFA is not a lesser version of UFA. It is the right program for a different kind of family. And every DMFA player belongs here just as much as any player in our competitive program.
